KUUMA sessions run on Sundays at PGS and Tuesday evenings at MPG. Choose a 60-minute session for £10, a 45-minute session for £8 or a 30-minute session for £5.

- Arrive 10 minutes early
- Online payment
- No refunds within 72 hours
- No-shows are non-refundable
- No alcohol before or during sauna use

- No changing facilities unless stated for a specific venue
Timing
Sessions start at the booked time, not when you arrive.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. Late arrival may reduce your sauna time.
Safety and cancellation
No alcohol is permitted before or during sauna use. Please read the safety guidance and terms and cancellation policy before booking.
