This policy is intended as clear customer information and may be updated before full launch.
Club sessions
Club sauna sessions are 60 minutes and are reserved for members of the club or venue hosting that session. Club sessions are 18+ unless stated otherwise. Club sessions may be mixed unless stated by the host venue. Swimwear must be worn at all times.
Payment
Online payment is required for club sessions. Payment is required upfront to secure private hire.
Arrival time
Customers must arrive 10 minutes early. Sessions start at the booked time, not when you arrive. Late arrival may reduce session time.
Cancellation and no-shows
No refunds are available within 72 hours of the session start time. No-shows are non-refundable.
No alcohol
No alcohol is permitted before or during sauna use. KUUMA may refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or unsafe to use the sauna.
Unsafe conditions
KUUMA may cancel or rearrange sessions if weather, site conditions, access or equipment conditions make operation unsafe. If KUUMA cancels a session, customers will be offered a reschedule.
Private hire
Private hire is subject to access and setup suitability. Suitable trailer access, a flat even surface and permission to position the sauna on private land are required.
Rules and safety guidance
Customers may be required to confirm they understand KUUMA rules and safety guidance before using the sauna.
