Terms

Terms and cancellation policy draft.

Draft service terms for KUUMA sauna sessions, private hire, guest use, and cancellations. This page needs legal review before launch.

Needs legal review

These draft terms are a practical starting point only. They should be checked by a qualified professional before launch.

Bookings and cancellation

Public session bookings should be made through SimplyBook.me. Cancellation windows, refunds, rescheduling, and no-show rules should be confirmed in the final booking flow before launch.

No alcohol

Alcohol should not be consumed before or during a KUUMA sauna session. Anyone who appears intoxicated may be refused entry for safety reasons.

What to bring

Guests should bring swimwear, a water bottle, sandals or sliders, and two towels where possible: one to sit on and one for drying afterwards. A robe or warm layers are useful between rounds.

Guest suitability

Sauna use is not suitable for everyone. Guests should listen to their body, take breaks, stay hydrated, and review the suitability guidance before attending.

Private hire suitability

Private hire depends on suitable access, safe ground conditions, space for the sauna, permission from the site owner, and any relevant venue rules. KUUMA may decline or rearrange hire if a site is not suitable.

Respectful use

Guests are expected to follow KUUMA guidance, respect other sauna users, and use the sauna, changing space, and surrounding area calmly and safely.
