What to Know Before You Book
Please read this before booking a club session or arranging private hire. Sauna should be used calmly, carefully and at your own pace.
Sauna is not suitable for everyone
Sauna use may not be suitable for everyone. Do not use the sauna if you feel unwell, dizzy, faint, heavily fatigued or uncomfortable. If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or are unsure whether sauna use is suitable for you, seek professional medical advice before booking.
No alcohol
No alcohol is permitted before or during sauna use.
18+ club sessions
Club sessions are 18+ unless stated otherwise.
Mixed-gender sessions
Club sessions may be mixed unless stated by the host venue. Swimwear must be worn at all times.
What to bring
Bring swimwear, a towel and your own water bottle. Bottled water may be available to purchase.
Shower/rinse-off
Guests can rinse off before and after where the site setup allows. A shower may be included for private hire where space allows.
No changing facilities
No changing facilities are currently provided unless stated at a specific venue.
Late arrivals
Customers should arrive 10 minutes before the session. Sessions start at the booked time, not when you arrive. Late arrival may reduce your sauna time.
Phones and photography
Photography is only allowed with permission from everyone visible in the photo or video. Phones are brought into the sauna area at the customer's own risk.
Weather and site safety
KUUMA may cancel or rearrange sessions if weather, site conditions, access or equipment conditions make operation unsafe. If KUUMA cancels a session, customers will be offered a reschedule.
Operator present
A KUUMA operator will be present during sessions.
